MOTORCYCLE RUN PARTICIPANT POLICY AND WAIVER This is a RELEASE/INDEMNITY AGREEMENT-Please Read and Accept Below By submitting the below completed form, I hereby acknowledge the following: Registered vehicles carry motorcycle liability insurance coverage with minimum limits of $15,000/$30,000 bodily injury and $10,000 property damage or statutory limit in the state of motorcycle registration.   I acknowlede and understand that no insurance is available for coverage unless otherwise provided by private insurance obtained by the undersigned. Entry In consideration of this entry, bike owner and partner agree to permit Mercer County Emerald Society to use their name and pictures of their bike for publicity and advertising, and commercial purposes before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to Mercer County Emerald Society to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs. All publicity and advertising rights reserved by Mercer County Emerald Society. Operation Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during all activities of the Mercer County Emerald Society Bike Run. If for any reason, an entrant or his/her motorcycle, their appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable by event management, entrant and motorcycle will be subject to eviction from the premises. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, unnecessary tire spins, printed matter, or any act or item of poor conduct which the management considers objectionable to the event`s well being. In the case of eviction or restriction, Mercer County Emerald Society is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion. Liability I acknowledge that the Mercer County Emerald Society, Hamilton Harley Owners` Group or Trenton World Class Harley-Davidson have no control, or ability to control over, the acts of participants in the motorcycle rally sponsored by Mercer County Emerald Society. The undersigned participation in the hereby agrees to release, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold Mercer County Emerald Society free and harmless from any and all liability, damage, injury (to persons or property) or otherwise that may be sustained or incurred by reason of, or during the undersigned`s participation in the events. I have read and agreed to all conditions of the Mercer County Emerald Society Bike Run application and to rules governing the event as set forth on the filled electronic form and agree to observe all the rules and decisions of the event management.
